NDVI indicates vegetation greenness, not a diagnosis or yield prediction. Sentinel-2 imagery is generally 10 m resolution; availability depends on cloud cover.

Job costs — added to gross margin
Enter the dollar cost of each input or service, one per line. Example: Seed | 1250. This records costs only, not application rates. For a multi-paddock job, enter the cost per paddock.
Saving a job automatically updates the selected paddock’s gross margin inputs. Editing or deleting the job updates its linked costs without duplicates.
Job information is user-entered and not validated as chemical-use advice. Verify current labels and appropriate authorisation before use.

GeoJSON: Point, Polygon or MultiPolygon features with numeric properties. CSV: latitude/longitude (or lat/lon), plus a numeric value column. Coordinates must be WGS84 decimal degrees. Select the measurement column after import.
Imports are saved in this browser. Large high-resolution files may exceed browser storage; export your farm backup regularly. Machinery proprietary formats and raster TIFFs require conversion to GeoJSON or CSV first.

Paddock gross margins
Gross margin = crop income minus recorded variable inputs and job costs. Job costs are estimates entered by you, not verified invoices. Excludes overheads, tax and unentered costs.

CSV columns: paddock, date, operation, machine, operator, notes. Match paddock names exactly. Review imported records before relying on them.

Record input purchase
Use your actual invoice totals. The library calculates a price per litre, millilitre, kilogram or gram.
Select a catalogue result to link the APVMA number. For other farm inputs, tick the non-APVMA option and type the name manually. Catalogue data is a reference, not a live registration check.

Saved input prices
Repeated purchases of the same named input and unit are combined using a quantity-weighted average. Original purchases remain recorded.
Add trial or changed-rate area
Record an on-farm comparison such as a strip with a different spreader rate. Values are your own records, not application recommendations.
Trial results (optional)
Enter measured yields and trial-only costs to compare outcomes. These figures are for analysis and are not automatically added to paddock gross margins.
Extra cost is the difference in variable cost between trial and comparison areas. Leave blank if unknown; net return will then be shown as unavailable.
Trial records are kept separate from job costs so the same expense isn't counted twice. Enter actual costs through Jobs or Gross Margins.

Connect a Supabase project to securely store a copy of your farm data under your own account. No data leaves this browser until you sign in and click an upload button.
Upload replaces your existing cloud snapshot; download replaces this browser's data. Export a JSON backup before either operation. This beta is a single-account snapshot, not shared multi-user editing or automatic conflict resolution.
